I have spent my working life moving through the full cycle of a business, from founding a venture through to steering it under the scrutiny of a board. Each stage taught me that the early years set the habits that matter later.

My approach to leadership is simple: stay close to the operating detail, keep the reasoning visible, and hold myself to the same standard I ask of the teams around me.

I approach organisational governance with transparency, analytical rigour, and measured conviction. Decisions are documented, the assumptions behind them are stated, and the people responsible for outcomes are kept in the room when they are made.

My leadership background spans founding roles, executive board tenures, and strategic turnarounds. Across each post, the work has been the same: clarify the operating model, set clear accountability, and review results against what was promised.
